  Terrible customer service! I’m told it will take 30-45 minutes to be delivered which is fair enough despite my not living far at all. However, on several occasions, a whole hour goes by prompting me to call up and ask what is happening and every time they say the same thing; it’s on its way.They have also made mistakes with the order which in bad enough but they have even forgotten things in the order altogether! So when call up about this, they are very apologetic right up until you reasonably ask for some compensation, then they completely forget what manners are.And all of this whilst the food isn’t exactly great even for a chinese fast food place.I always give places a second chance but this has gone on long enough. They have lost a valuable customer.

  Ordered 1/4 crispy duck, sweet & sour chicken and menu D for 4 persons.I rated it so highly because:Ordered sweat & sour chicken balls but got it Hong Kong style. Nevertheless it was very nice – 4 out of 5.Extremely fast service. This large amount of food was ready in less than 10 minutes – 6 out of 5!Portion sizes are generous and the food is tasty, although not indifferent from other local takeaways we have used – 5 out of 5.The crispy duck was off the bone and chopped up rather than shredded, which initially made us feel a little disappointed, but it tasted great once rolled up in the pancake and saved us the trouble of shredding the duck ourselves – 5 out of 5.The family enjoyed the meal very much and despite our New Years resolution to all go on diets we will definitely return to the New Dragon from time to time.
