I’ve had both ends of the spectrum here… cold, stiff chips and overly greasy fish, as well as really excellent fish and chips perfectly cooked. However, like with other chippies, if you go at the right time (not at the start of a shift, not during the mad rush and not towards the end of a shift) you can get great food. Their fish, chips and pies are all decent if freshly cooked and not rushed.

Utter rubbish. Ordered last night and curry sauce was stone cold (only love 60 seconds down the road). Popped in tonight for the same and told them about the curry sauce to be told i was not in there last night (bank statement says different) and get spoken down to like a child by the staff. NEVER GOING IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. DISGUSTING STAFF. As per other reviews, i’ll try the one in London Road, Everyone else should do the same.
Very unlike Enfield, more Kings Road Chelsea but without the price tag!From a traditional east end pie, mash and liquor to a more refined oysters and lobster! Bit like my hubbie and I…..in that order!!As yet I’ve only had fish and chips to take out but will be going back very soon to try their amazing array of seafood that’s so keenly priced! Where else in London can you have half a dozen oysters for 7.50!!
