A great, chilled bar/restaurant/cafe/venue with a cool-but-warm atmosphere and good choice of light and indulgent veggie dishes – but I can never resist having the halloumi ‘fish’ and chips! Its amazing, and strangely fish-like! Hugely popular with non-veggies and veggies alike, this is one of my fave spots in Manchester
MelbourneHeart. Fuel has a lovely relaxed and somewhat trendy atmosphere about it, you will rarely ever see it empty. Despite the collection of students it attracts you will find a nice mixture of both youth & mature aged people relaxing in its warm walls enjoying the vegetarian meals. At a fairly cheap price i often find myself there for a quiet drink and a 2 bowl of handmade chips. lovely
