The Fox & Hounds, a traditional country pub nestled in the conservation area of Barnston on the Wirral peninsular. The Fox & Hounds has stood the test of time, with a public house being recorded on the site since the 16th century. The pub retains much of its architectural features and charm from when it was rebuilt in 1911, still offering traditional separate lounge and bar areas. We stock a cracking range of local cask ales, lagers and ciders. We have a great selection of over 60 malts and whiskies, together with a variety of gins, vodkas and rums. We also have a carefully selected wine list along with a choice of soft and hot drinks. Our hearty homemade menu is served seven days a week along with our popular Sunday roasts. Wholesome pub classics make up much of our menu, with a number of seasonal and local specials for those looking for something a little different, as well as an assortment of desserts.
