Really enjoyed the afternoon tea here the staff were very sweet and attentive. Large selection of cakes and sandwiches, huge scones and lots of pots of tea. Would recommend well worth 20 quid.
Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times & the dining experience has just gotten from bad to worse. Delayed service, cold food, rude behaviour from the staff members & just about ok taste is all that I can say about this place. Its not just about breakfast (where u can say that such things are expected if the hotel is running full), but even during dinner hours (it doesn’t open for lunch), the service is bad.
