This renowned Woodhouse chippy is under new owners recently and I think it’s even better now. Love the freshly cooked to order fish, and excellent chips and scraps too.

I love Arkwrights – the chips are delicious (and veggie friendly!), the portions are generous and the service is friendly. It’s also next to the Chemic, a brilliant pub where you can take your chips to eat with a pint. Highly recommended 🙂
You cant go wrong with fish and chips and Arkwright’s has great food, with a slow but friendly service!Good portion sizes at a great value!
