Disgraceful. Customer service is appaling. Was overcharged by 2.00 and when I questioned this, was told I clearly could not afford their food and questioned why I was asking for a few pence back! This was in front of all the staff and customers waiting. The way I was treated was truly unbelievable, the conversation ended with the woman telling me I was barred and not welcome in the cafe again!Make of that what you will …….Bizarre
