  Absolutely Horrible. This was the fourth time we ordered from this place. First time was great, excellent food, reasonable delievery time. Second time, delivery took forever, but food was passable. Third time, were still waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes after we ordered and had to cancle the order. The guy showed up with it five minutes later. Fourth time, ordered last night, were told 45 minutes wait. The guy showed up just over an hour later, just as the phone was ringing to cancle the order, I told him if it was cold I didn’t want it, and sure enough it was. The driver said that he’d just been given the call to go get our order from another location 5 minutes before. So basically our food sat around getting cold for 45 mins before they bothered to have someone deliever it. It takes about 15-20 minutes to build and cook a pizza in a takeaway, and by the driver’s own reckoning it only took 5 to reach our address from the location. So for 20-25 mins our food was being prepared and then delievered. So for the balance of the 1 hour and 5 minutes it took from order to delievery it was sat in the business somewhere! Unacceptable.
