I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant as I have heard amazing reviews but the food didn’t impress me at all. The soy sauce was so overpowering in my main course that I could barely eat it. It’s unlikely I would return.
A good quality Thai, service good also, maybe a little over priced.
The worst restaurant meal ever. My friend and i ordered two delicious sounding vegetarian dishes each promising to be cooked in a delicious sauce .what we got was 2 plates of luke warm vegetables with a spoonful of sauce on the middle.the meals were almost exactly the same .the sauce was the same.it was edible but not enjoyable,certainly nothing like the ive experienced before ,i expected the veg and beancurd to be smoothered in a rich spicey sauce anyway.the service was good!
This restaurant has to be the best Thai outside Asia! I live in North London but travel to Cheam from time to time just to eat here! Strongly recommend, brilliant food, perfect service, pretty waitresses and reasonable prices! The open plan kitchen adds a nice touch. The only downside is the size of the restaurant, sometimes it’s difficult to get a table. So Make reservation in advance, I’ve often had to wait more than 30 minutes for a table.
Best Thai rerstaurant. The Regional Thai is my favourite Thai restaurant in London Area. I used to live in southeast Asia and I’m very foodie so trust me. This is the best so far!!I have tried other Michelin starred Thai restaurants in London but I always come back to this cozy friendly restaurant. The foods are always very fresh, the kitchen is clean and service is excellent. It’s worth making a long journey to cheam.

Excellent restaurant! Excellent service. Don’t miss the coconut rice. To dinner on Saturday you have to book early. It is always full, which guarantees an excellent atmosphere. Well done!!
