Good Food, Quiet Place. I have been to the Peacock quite a few times. The food in excellent but its very quiet. Sometimes we have been the only table in there. The food is cooked fresh to order so there can sometimes be a little waiting but its no problem as its worth the wait. No licence so take your own wine.
