Polite attentive friendly staff without being overbearing , the food is of the highest quality, I have eaten at some very highly rated restaurants but I have to say not as good as this place it is a real gem!!
Beautiful evening at this excellent restaurant. Small, intimate, relaxed atmosphere, wide choices on the menu, both daily table d’hote & a la cart. Very good food & wine. Polite, pleasant owners & staff.
Recommended by a friend, the Bistro is fantastic! Great ambience and even better food! Adam, our server, couldn’t do enough for us and is very welcoming, attentive and helpful. We will be back as often as we can!
Stayed here overnight on the above walk .Accommodation very good ,dog friendly ,very comfortable after a long day walking .The food however was outstanding ,delicious and very well presented .Would definitely recommend
Food was very salty and too much haggis on the menu. Room is very dark with black tablecloths and chairs (many of which broken). Expected great things but was disappointed with the food. Meals averaged £15. Not worth it.
