Disgusting food first Ofer was wrong the man on the phone was extremely rude food tasted very dry wont be ordering again. The guy was adamant that he wasnt in the wrong clearly shows the kebab shop need to learn basic customer service skills
The kebabs are the best around been going here for over 10 years massive portions the staff are really friendly and you don’t have to wait around very long but is sometimes better to phone than walk in as delivery is sometimes quicker on a weekend
Never use this place. They are cons. They don’t turn up with some of the order and say they didn’t charge for it when they did charge as they read it back out to us. then they say didn’t understand and don’t come back with the food they missed. Do not use or they’ll con you out of your money.
I ordered dinner from these tonight and they muck up the order I rang them up and they said it was my mistake not there’s I am very disappointed with these as I go to them all the time now you gave lost a customer people need to stop ordering from these. And there food is dry and chips and cold if you want good customers you been start serving their proper food!!!!!!!
Very very disappointed with golden grill ordered 4 different meals and they mess up one its delivered and i phone them up to tell them and they was very rude towards me and no sympathy what so ever i will not be ordering from them again as i could not eat my meal!
