Secret shopper. Staff freindly but unprofessional and not tuned in , decor very 80s . On our visit its was very cold in back room and badly lit tables old and inadaquitly small napkins poor and table setting up has lot 2 be desired . Food was hot, but chips tasted off cooking oil an indication off old oil being used ! Lasagne was bland with no bite from sauce . Over all a deserved 4/10 would we return ? (No) reds junction 1 retail outlet much better fresh an vibrant surroundings bright and freindly well trained and professionally run , food excellent 8/10 highly recommended ! Hope this helps food lovers .
