Just brilliant!. We called into Bilbo’s today on our way out of Castlewellan we were starving and it looked friendly so we went in and took a seat. The atmosphere inside was lovely and so friendly, the smell of the food was gorgeous and the service was fab and really welcoming. Me and my husband had the chicken burger and chips and it was delicious! We had our 2 little ones with us 5 year old had a sandwich and loved it and 1 and a half year old had chicken goujons. The portion sizes were massive, the chips were gorgeous and the chicken burger was perfect. Our daughter the youngest was very annoyed at us putting her in the high chair and one of the girls who work there was right over with a few books for her and at the end of our meal another girl gave the kids a wee bag of mini flumps each. I’ve not had customer service like that in years and my mother in law owns a restaurant in Wales! Oh almost forgot the desert it was gorgeous. Very kid friendly and just genuinely nice people. We will be back when we are back in the summer for some camping.
