Take time out over tea. INFUSE specialises in great artisan loose leaf teas, focusing on specific brewing techniques to bring the best flavour from the tea leaves. Our approach to making tea takes longer than your average cafe as we heat our water to specific temperatures in cast iron pots on an induction stove; we aim to create a true tea experience for Northern Ireland. We do a small selection of freshly made foods that can be paired with our teas, including gluten free choices. Relax over a pot of freshly brewed tea or coffee, have a read of one of our publications and enjoy the chilled out ambience.
