A scenic venue fit for a princess with distinguished classical charm. Attending a wedding, catering was handled by Jane’s Kitchen, both service and quality of food was out of this world. Not even bad weather could effect any element of the day in this beautiful venue. Staff were attentive and ensured every element was taken care of, from welcome appetizers, to chilled glasses of Prosecco as guests relaxed within the walled gardens at Galgorm Castle. Starters were Watercress Mousse, Foie Gras Ficelle and Bantus Vinaigrette. Mains being tender Irish organic fillet of beef with seasonal veggies. Delicious dessert was Armagh Apple Crumple, Anglaise and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. A lovely midnight surprise was fried fish with chip buckets to line many a tummy after all those festive drinks! Packages are customizable with all info on a comprehensive website.
