Agree with the other reviewers about this place going downhill. Our meal was not good. I’d rate Frankie and Benny’s over what we had.Poor ambiance – a seat right by an escalator and noisy children running around. Food was very bland which was such a disappointment. Pasta was cooked well but the sauce was insipid and tasteless. Dish was left unfinished. The pizza was bizarre…the dough was blonde/white, seeming undercooked and there was no slight rise or air bubbles to the crust. Almost looked like a packet job. Pizza was left unfinished. Rosemary focaccia was lacking any rosemary and, like the pizza, was very blonde and unappealing. The oil they sprinkled on it was far too hot which gave it a not so nice burnt popcorn taste. Very poor and expected This was supposed to be a birthday meal treat but we both agreed to just go halfers and delay the birthday meal until we visit a proper restaurant instead of this poor shopping mall food outlet. Has a long way to go to get the food to the standard of the price they charge. Recommend the Italian Kitchen, Qua, Italian Caffe or indeed, most any other Italian restaurant before here. Can’t recommend it at all I’m sorry to say which is a shame.10 Sep, 2009Really nice place at the bottom of Princes Square. We were out for a birthday celebration and it looked as though lots of other groups were too. The menu is pretty decent, standard Italian menu. I ordered a bruschetta al pomodoro to start with. It was HUGE! They didnt use the proper tomatoes though but it was nice. Had to share the 2 lage bits i got with others. The mains were also big and filling and cooked really well. Recommend a visit

The atsmophere is always buzzing the staff are very friendly and knowledgable,and it is great value for money would strongly recommend it to friends and family. Great place ! Great food! Great atsmophere !
