If I could give this no stars I would. Flat cider and terrible service. I came in with some friends and was treated exceptionally bad from the barmaid Liz. Pub was extremely busy so we moved 2 chair next to an empty chair near a man who advised us he liked to Stand in a certain spot, we left plenty of room for him to stand in his spot however he went to the bar and Liz came out like a bull in a china shop with a face that could turn milk and with the most aggressive angry attitude started shouting that chair couldn’t be moved even though they had watched us move the chairs and never said a word until the man approached the bar. If she had came over and advised us that the chairs were not to be moved in a decent manner we would have moved them back no problem however she did not advise us she shouted and had a good moan. Terrible customer service definitely not a way to speak to customers. We stayed to finish out pints however had to put up with Liz growling over at us and sending other customers in the bar to collect out glasses. When asking for the owners details when leaving to place a complaint liz advised us she was the owner. For a place located in central Glasgow avoid at all costs unless you happen to be a regular.

Best pub in Glasgow hands down. The staff is the best I’ve ever come across and the prices are the best in town. We came from Canada and I wish we had a place like this at home. Can’t wait to visit again some day.
