As we were wondering around, we spotted Pancho Villa’s. After (finally) checking in to our hotel we headed back to Old Town and Pancho Villa’s. As we are native Texans and nacho connoisseurs, we are always a bit skeptical. We were not disappointed! Not your usual mounds of chips and cheese, but a smaller plate with larger chips adorned with guacamole, beans and sour cream. So yummy we ordered another batch! Tastefully decorated with attentive and friendly service, don’t leave Edinburgh without going to Pancho Villa’s!
