Just had a lovely meal today, friendly staff and food really tasty and well presented. Under new management and doing a great job. Overcharged on our bill for drinks, but swiftly rectified.We will definitely be back as they have real ale too.
My 33 year old friend arrived from a 40 minute taxi journey only to be asked for ID when ordering at the bar. She had a picture of her passport, staff wouldn’t accept this. Had to square the bill and leave.
Popped in here on Saturday because it was dog friendly. The service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Food was usual pub grub but that’s all we were expecting
