This cafe was the worst
This wee cafe is located bang opposite to the Theatre Royale and its proper bohemian atmosphere makes for a great meal or drink. The place feels casual and laid back, the staff are friendly and it’s perfectly ok to walk up,pick up a jug of water and place your order at the counter. The pricing is consistent with other cafes along the stretch in front of the theatre.Had gone there’s few days back for lunch. My friend ordered the soup of the day while I had the pasta. The quantity of food overwhelms you and leaves hardly any space for dessert. The time before I had tried the mussels – they are to die for !! Just ask the person behind the counter and if available just go for it. The cafe also stocks fresh Spanish omelette and a variety of cakes – all worth taking a bite from.The only concern I had was with the grinning skeleton that welcomes you into the cafe. I had a few friends who opt against walking in for just this reason. Also the cafe offers a 10% discount on all good orders for students.
