Our team create seasonally inspired culinary treats using the very best of Scottish produce; everything about The Stag & Thistle Crieff is designed to deliver a truly memorable experience for each of our customers. Our vision is to provide exclusive wines, outstanding service and exceptional food influenced through Scotland's prestigious natural larder Head Chef; Theodore has worked under Michelin- starred chef Steven MacCallum at Kinloch House Hotel and also with Micheal Caines at Gidleigh Park Hotel which has two Michelin Stars and five AA Rosettes. Theodore has spent time at both Heston Blumenthals restaurant The Fat Duck and also at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie. He is thrilled to embark on this new endeavour at The Stag & Thistle Crieff and welcomes you to try our beautiful, fresh and local menu.
