Beautiful food, lovely service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the lasagna and muscles. Good choice of wines and sumptuous fresh bread.

Celino’s is a lovely little place. Have been here for dinner a few times and tried some of the pasta dishes they have always been really nice. Service has always been really good and staff are always happy to recommend a wine to go with your dish. Also, this is one of my favourite places to go for breakfast, the full fry up is Very good, it will hold you off till dinner time!If only they were a little bigger and had more tables!

May bonner. A wee gem in the heart of the East End. Visited there twice now and absolutely love. it. Food great atmosphere lovely and staff very friendly. On occasion they have a tribute singer called Alan Walker who is smashing and as my friends and I love to dance we get it all at Cellinos.

I am a support worker with adults with learning difficulties. we went along for dinner at Celino’s and had a bad experience the service was not great and it was hard to get the waiters attention, One of the waiters asked one of the gentlemen I was supporting if he needed a spoon, I said that he was perfectly capable of using a fork and Knife!! I also waited ages for artificial sweetner, the waiters seemed more interested in watching the football that was on. When the bill came I questioned it as it was over 9 for 6 cups of tea, the manager took two off the bill, I informed him that I had not been happy with the service and that we would not be back. the only thing I will say in it’s favour is the cafe latte was nice, even although i had to wait ages for the sweetners!

Simply the best Bolognaise. Mrs Guidi AKA Lena of the Vale Cafe Tollcross lives on in the spaghetti bolognaise here all I can say is give it a try.. A plate of Tuscany in Alexandra Parade I can honestly say better than anywhere in Glasgow or Italy. If Mrs Guidi were here today it is the only way there would be any competition. X

Staff Lunch 23rd February. Ordered take away from Celinos for our staff lunch today (35 guests). Food/Service was fab – in addition to the great food a big thanks to the staff in Celinos who kindly replaced a whole tray of Lasagne at no extra cost which was spilled by accident! How kind was that!
