Delish!. Surroundings are not that flash but I keep coming back for the food. This is one of my favourite indian restaurants in Glasgow. The food is really good. The chilli garlic chicken is a knockout dish……my mouth is watering at the thought.

Marvellous In my opinion. Like another reviewer on here, we had no intention of going for Indian food. Having came from the ideal home show at the Secc, the four of us had worked up one of those strange appetites that you get from sampling too much cheese and chutney at these events. We were hungry but the food needed to be good. We couldn’t get into our first restaurant choice and if I’m honest, I’m glad we didn’t. We had a lovely greeting from the staff, we’re seated in a booth downstairs and drinks were ordered within the first 5 minutes. We couldn’t decide as a group if we wanted a started so asked the waiter if we could have a platter made up, he happily obliged with a fantastic array of homemade pakora. Included in the pakora was the Indian cheese pakora, it was lovely but not greasy just like the variety of pakora it was light and crispy. For mains we just ordered a range to share. I had king prawn with dill and ginger which was amazingly refreshing and reminded me of some Thai/Japanese flavours which are my favourites so I was happy. My fellow diners had the tikka chicken, the saag and the pepper lamb curries. All were different from your run of the mill mass produced curries you can get generally from Indian restaurants. The gentlemen of our group had the tablet ice cream which put a smile on their faces, I settled for a latte which I must add was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Top marks for this place, I will be adding it to my favourites.
