Warm and welcoming, the tea room is a must visit when at the castle, either refreshment after or a snack before the visit. Cheerful and pleasant staff and reasonable prices.

To top off a beautiful visit, we had a hearty good value light meal at the tea room. Combined with the walks, the castle, well-kept grounds, museum, shop, parking, bathroom and picturesque country road drive there, a perfect outing.
Nice place for coffee and pastry. Friendly service and good prices. Try the scones. Various types of coffee
