The first dining project from former Gleneagles restaurant manager and owner of the acclaimed Edinburgh bar 99 Hanover Street, Juan Jos Castillo Castro. Juan has taken inspiration from his mothers Mercedes Castros home cooking who has been working alongside Head Chef Ross Clarke to create the menu. We are presenting a unique culinary blend of Scottish produce with Chilean flavours, delivered as bites and plates to be shared at the table. We also offer counter top dining that is always available for walk ins and perfect for the single diner. We focus on big flavours and speed of service, so perfect for work lunches. Our kitchen is open from noon til 10.30pm and then there after you can always come in for some wine, cheese and charcuterie until midnight for the late diners.
