Chiquitos is always the place my boyfriend and I go to me when we’re having a Mexican craving as it never disappoints. There’s a good amount of vegetarian options for me, although I always opt for the feta wrap as it’s just so good. We went in December whilst Christmas shopping and our waiter was lovely. He was chatting away to us and was really friendly, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.I’ve been to a few Chiquitos restaurants and this one is by far my favourite 🙂 reneelaurajones.blogspot.com
READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS RESTAURANT. Spent over 60 on two meals and the steak was average at best, on top of this they brought me the wrong steak which took far too long to come so long we had to buy extra drinks then brought the replacement in about 5 mins!? constantly asked if the food was ok while I was trying to eat and offered no compensation, very unhappy as this was my mates birthday gift from me…
In amendment to my last post meal arrived manager was lovely, will defo go back back30 Oct, 2011Arrived at 1pm starter by 1.15pm now 2.10 still no main course. Server has packed up and still at bar.
I went to this restaurant for the first time last weekend and I absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly & helpful when my friend had a question about the menu. I ordered the chicken and chorizo quesedillas with fries, both were delicious & well priced at 7.99. For desert my friend and I shared the fudge waffle and we completely cleared the plate, it was delicious. Most definitely returning, for two courses and a large drink I paid about 17 which I think is well worth it.
Would never go back. Horrible food, a meal that was served within 2mins,was tasteless and we had chicken that was as tough as old boots
CRITIC. I think that this mexican restraunt deserves a score of 6/10.
Been 3 times and each time food seemed to get worse! Don’t go out of way for Edinburgh store! Has been good in past!
