We are here our first night in Edinburgh, really weren’t impressed.I found it weird that you had to place your order at the counter, but a waiter would still bring it to you? I didn’t get this concept at all!? Why doesn’t the waiter just take your order too? So weird.The food was very average, really bland burgers and the chips were not great. Wouldn’t recommend it.
I’ve eaten at GBKs in London and I was thrilled to find one in Edinburgh. Lots of vegetarian options – The Californian is highly recommended. DO NOT miss the shakes, onion rings, and the TRUFFLE CHEESE FRIES.

The best burger!!!! Seriously if u are a burger lover u must visit this place. i had tried the taxi driver and it was yum! Service was quite warm n nice. you get what u pay!
This place is amazing. Best burgers in town and the sauces and milkshakes are also delicious. A bit pricey but well worth it as the quality is top.Also the staff is very nice and the manager super friendly and professional.Will definitely go back
GBK is a great, local and down to earth Burger restaurant;* I have never had a disappointing burger/meal from there out of the several times we have visited.* The staff are always super helpful and friendly* The burgers, there is a massive range to choose from from chicken, veggie, beef, lamp, duck… you name it, they’ve got it!Personally I recommend (as quite a pernickety eater) the grilled chicken burger with salsa and lettuce alongside skin on chip fries/skinny string fries and a milkshake (more on them later).*The choice/modification of your menu is great too.. you decide what you want, how you change it and the size you can fit in your belly, no questions asked!!*The milkshakes are amazing… a little on the expensive side but for the quality and amount you get, its totally worth it – the Honeycomb shake is one of my favourites, not too sickly or too sweet.*The place itself is quirky and modern and suits the menu style and there is a range of seats to choose from whether you like to be right in the middle of all the liveliness or sitting quietly enjoying the juicy burger sitting in front of you .It a good place to meet with friends or family and me and my friends often use it as meeting point to catch up!Thumbs up GBK, keep it up!!
