George. I ordered last night. Very polite lady quickly took my details. The meal arrived 20 minutes later! I have had meals in many, many Chinese restaurants around the world (Vancouver, Riyadh, Varna, UK – to name a few), and the food from the Mayflower came out tops. It was delicious and tasty, made with fresh ingredients with real authentic Chinese flavours. Great Food!
If it were possible for me to -30 in this review, I would. It has been 3 hours since I made the initial phone call, and I have yet to see my actual order… or a refund for that matter. First, we were given the wrong order, then when we called to complain, we were told that our order would be at our door within 20 minutes… that was an hour and a half ago. When I called to complain, I was told that I would have to wait… for another hour. I’m sorry, this is terrible customer service, and what’s worse is that they don’t give a rip that the company messed up and we paid for food that wasn’t even ours. All I can really comment on is the terrible service, as I have yet to actually taste their food.

Don’t get me wrong, they delivered someone else’s order within the hour, and when the mistake was realized, they promised that they would have my order to me within 20 minutes. Upon hitting the three hours of waiting, I still have yet to see my food. Terrible service, staff has been courteous, but overall the experience has been bad.
