Been here a couple of times while visiting friends in Edinburgh and I will insist we go back again! Im veggie and some of my friends are vegan and no one is ever disappointed by the food. Its a tiny restaurant though so book a table to avoid disappointment!
Best vegan Italian food I have tried. In fact, some of the best Italian food I have had. Nice little hideaway, offering fantastic food with very friendly service. Tried the spaghetti bolognese and vegan pizza, both were great. It was a little chilly, as they only had a small space heater going, but it was a nice break from the horrendous weather outside. We didn’t leave without trying the vegan coconut cheesecake, topped off with a well measured chocolate drizzle, and I would recommend you do the same, because it was one of the best vegan desserts I have ever had. Still thinking about it, my mouth waters.
A surprising revelation for teenage kids who are fed up with other veggie options! The one man owner has put his heart and soul into this new establishment. You can even watch him work alone in the kitchen. Yes, you may need to wait a wee while but his menu will satisfy most pizzeria palates. Now the 2015 Festival has finished, we sincerely hope he succeeds through the winter. Do go, you wont be disappointed!
