We and numerous friend regularly visit O’Brien’s in Ocean Terminal for food, tea and coffee, we have always found it to the highest standard. We have seen changes of staff and management and have never had a period of time when standards have dropped in any way. We come from a background of marketing, management and staff training and would never visit a place where service was below standard.Ocean Terminal is a particularly busy area and O’Brien’s is one of the busiest venues. The present staff are always polite and helpful, and the service cannot be faulted. One point that all of our friend’s make is that the food is always fresh and hot and the coffee is the best in the area. Hygiene standards are always met.Well done O’Brien’s staff. The company is lucky to have you all.
