Our goal is to become apart of Edinburgh's vibrant community and culture. At Rose Theatre Cafe we believe in balance, inclusion, community, family, health, the healing power of food both physiologically and mentally, creating memories and supporting local producers. Serving All Day Full Vegan Breakfast with MacSweens Vegan Haggis, Vegan Sausage, Smokey Mushrooms, Grilled Tomatoes, Seasonal Pesto, Avocado , Toasted Seeds on Foccacia Toast . Also serving All Day Full Scottish Breakfast with Local Butchers Ramsays of Carluke Smoked Back Bacon, Sausages, Poached Eggs, Black Pudding on Foccacia and homemade Pesto and Sweet Chilli. We serve freshly baked Scottish scones, vegan cinnamon rolls , glutenfree cakes and Freshly made Vegan Soups.
