Great place. I liked this place a lot. cozy, good beer and decent food. the atmosphere is nice in there, and they always had good music on.

My second favorite in Glasgow. Get the thai eggplant/aubergine salad. Just do it, you won’t be disappointed. This is a great place and the staff is also very helpful. I love the old log cabin feel, though my table was quite uneven and bumped up and down as I shifted my plate to either side. Though, I suppose things like that are part of the charm.

Food has deteriorated. I used to love this combination of pub with vegan restaurant. I’m not even a vegetarian myself but the food was great before they changed the menu (a year ago or so?). Now I find that the food is well below average pub food. The dishes tend to contain only fillers (like potatoes and beans) and only a hint of fresh vegetables can typically be found (in addition size also decreased). This is really a pitty as it is in principle a nice place.

Lovely bar but the food and service are both lacking. My vegetarian friend was so disappointed with the haggis and my cannelloni appeared to be filled with baby food.

Love it in here. always a good atomsphere… love the coal fire. only ever tried snacks. ciders are expensive, but they are worth it!

Friendly pub with good food. A light, spacious pub with Sammy Smiths beers, which is fantastic. Nice menu that seems to change fairly regularly and includes spciy curries, wraps, salds and falafelly-dippy combos. No michelin stars are likely to be forthcoming but the food is well-prepared and the portions are generous. I’ve always found the service from the kitchen to be quite fast too.

On of my favourite places to go. Really nice to hang out for a few beers or wine, some nights with live music, children license, everybody very friendly (staff & costumers), good cheap vegan food
