About
Charlies is a City Centre Cafe/Restaurant with 40 seats, situated next to the Inverness Bus Station also selling newspapers, magazines, sweets and ice cream. We are a family run business that first opened in 1952 and in 2004 our premises were rebuilt from the ground up into our new, modern facility. It now boasts air conditioning, customer toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities. Fresh ground coffee, leaf tea, smoothies, thick shakes or soft drinks. Hot filled rolls, sandwiches or something from our extensive menu. Home baking and home cooking by one of our four Chefs. Soups and puddings just like Granny used to make. Down to earth food at down to earth prices. In January 2007 the Cafe was given the Eat Safe Award. What is Eat Safe? It is an award scheme run by the Food Standards Agency Scotland which promotes excellence in Food Hygiene. It is given by enforcement officers to catering establishments that operate to standards above those currently required by law. VisitDetails
