About
We are a community-run Tearoom in a stunning setting on the western shore of Loch Ewe, 5 miles from Poolewe. We are situated in a beautiful building - the Old School, Inverasdale. Open 1st May to the end of October on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 2.00 pm until 4.30 pm. Come along and enjoy the wonderful home baking provided by local volunteers and browse the local crafts on sale! See the free exhibitions about the heritage of Inverasdale School - from bare feet to IT. We also an exhibition about Wester Loch Ewe in the past which features crofting and fishing and significant events that affected the area. This includes 'A Land Fit for Heroes' - featuring the return of Alexander Mackenzie of Poolewe from WWI. This was first shown in Gairloch Heritage Museum in 2018.Details
