Claire Macdonald started the kitchens at Kinloch with a mission to make the most of the wonderful local produce on offer. Brazilian-Scottish Chef Director Marcello Tully continues Claires food ethos today, bringing to it his own influence and experience in some of the worlds finest kitchens.
