Got an itison deal for a chateaubriand, which came with chips, a sauce and a welcome drink.Before the chateaubriand I tried the black pudding and egg starter, this was really delicious I would definitely have this again. After waiting a while longer than expected on the chateaubriand we asked a waitress if this was on its way. She went back into the kitchen and emerged shortly after with our food, I think they may have forgotten about us! The steak was really good, it was cooked exactly how we wanted it, we reminded the waiter to bring our chips as he seemed to have forgotten them.Overall the meal was really nice, service needed improving but I would return as this was a good deal.The drinks with the deal were to be served at the Bo’Vine bar next door, we were happy to have some after dinner cocktails. The bartender made us up a couple of Long Island iced teas which were very good.
