First bad experience of Little Italy,ordered a takeaway and sat down to wait to be told takeaway customers were not allowed to sit!!! then after waiting ages they burnt the pizza,waited,standing i might add,another 15 minutes for our order to be mixed up,we eventually got it and when got home realised there was tomatoes on a cheese only pizza,even though the food is nice i doubt we’ll be back
Handy and open late. Whilst this isn’t my favourite venue on Byres Road I have been more times than I can remember.I like the late opening hours and how it always has a good buzz in the place.Microwaved pasta isn’t for me but the pizza’s are very good and the coffee is so-so.I’m sure I will continue to visit for pizza and to meet friends as it’s so well known its a good meeting place.
Pizza’s time!. I’m Italian and, this is really crazy, I can assure you that there’s no a place in Europe where it’s so difficoult to find a decent pizza like here in Glasgow. I should import some pizza makers in this city for sure! The Little Italy’s pizza it’s not properly a really good pizza, but in the glaswegian-pizza-desert is a gem!(the espresso is just perfect)
