Brilliant. Real Edinburgh foodies would have followed the dragon pearl and the loon fung from day one, I was fortunate to be one of the lucky ones but wow this is a cracker. Dim sum literally means treasure of the heart and this place delivers. Forget the interior, and to a certain extent the area, but the food is fantastic and so reasonable. Dinner for two, no drinks, seventeen quid. Everybody there was chinese except for one couple like us who had read the reviews and was compelled to try it. Previously only the loon fung nailed the steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce but honestly this place is better. Joanna explained that they source everything from a local butcher and that if it isn’t fresh they don’t sell it and would rather remove it from the menu than sell you something that wasn’t made on the day. Great chinese tapas. Love it, highly recomend.
