Delightfully divine!. I dined regularly at Antonio’s place in Wishaw a number of years ago, more than 10. Recently I discovered Da Antonio in Hamilton. Antonio remembered me, remembered what I always had – fillet steak, medium rare with cauliflower mornay, even down to the French mustard! The personal touch is so special to a dining experience. Antonio’s menu is very comprehensive, each dish is a delight and truly authentic. It is a pleasure to dine here.

Used a groupon voucher for our meal and it was horrible. I was so anbarrassed when the food was served as the presentation was very poor. The one cauliflower floret each looked brown and old, the chicken breast very thin and poor quality. My husband was sure the food was a microwave meal emptied on a plate. Not sure where all these good reviews come from. the food did not even resemble Italian. I felt ripped off even with the groupon voucher. Will never return. They need a wake up call. The people and the atmosphere was cold and horrible. My husband and I were the only ones in the Restaurant. Horrible horrible horrible!
I’ve walked past this place so many times . . .. . . . and that was my mistake.Da Antonio is is squirrelled away at the top of a staircase, you could easily miss it, but if you keep your eyes open, your efforts will be rewarded. Its small, traditionally decorated and very cosy. The prices on the a la carte menu are on the higher end of mid-range the food is definitely high quality and delicious. If your on a budget the set menu lunch is a fabulous option, with no scrimping on the standards or portion sizes.
Far by the BEST!!!. Me and my family go to this Italian’s regularly, the food is amazing and the service fantastic!!! Antonio is happy to change items to suit you, we always leave satisfied and full! I have tried basically everything on the menu and it is all great. I especially love the king prawn piccanti and his home made pate!! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and cooked with passion! I would also recommend his homemade tiramisu far by the best I have ever had. The staff always remember you and take the time to make your visit that extra special! Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!!!!!!
An amazing restaurant. Myself and my boyfriend frequently visit this little gem of a restaurant! Antonio’s has a great atmosphere and the food is fantastic! My favourite restauant in Hamilton!
