  Much better. So much improvement since tiger tiger. Never seen 2 for 7 on good cocktails on a friday in the city centre before. Our waitress was amazing and so helpful. The rooms are looking amazing. Such a great atmosphere. I will be back

  Awful awful awful. Do not go here. My sister booked lucky voice as a surprise for my hen party 9 (3 more due later – but I never got to see) of us in total. Cost 200 the staff were horrible and had terrible attitudes, we felt very unwelcome and we asked for our money back as it was atrocious the way we were spoken to by a female staff member. We had asked for a bottle of champagne and were spoken to as If we were dirt on her shoe – absolutely disgraceful. They wouldnt give us the money back and the male bouncer man handled me (my small size 8 frame) I have bruises on both wrists and flung me out -me, the bride to be and in front of my future in laws! Completely ruined what had been a fabulous hen do. We had just came from the Malmaison where we enjoyed a welcoming reception and cocktails – and where we should have stayed. We didnt even get around to buying a single drink in that hole. So 200 down, bruised wrists and shoulder, unfed and completely mortified! DO NOT GO HERE – there are plenty of other decent bars in Glasgow that deserve our money that we work hard for, this place needs a complete staffing overhaul. Including their Manager with his English accent, rude is an understatement. Again- it ruined one of the most important nights out that I will have in my life. Never and I mean never have I been put out of a pub or anywhere for that matter and I am 27 and had many nights out in Glasgow. This is the first time and the most embarassing thing that has ever happened to me. Please do yourself a favour, look at somewhere else. (I opened an account specifically to write this)

  Terrible. Was in here with my friends on Saturday night. After having gone out for a cigarette I was refused access. Bouncer physically threw me onto the road whilst another verbally abused me. Called the police. Whilst waiting for them the bouncers said I was wasting my time as they would all stick together. They did do and unfortunately the CCTV did not catch their behaviour. Whilst I was waiting for my friends to come out the police came back informing me that they reported I had approached them again which I had not. Due to them outnumbering me the police refused to check the CCTV. Simply put the most unpleasant staff I have come across in my life. We will not be back.

  Big party of us came for a stag night. Table of 13, service was great which helped to take the edge off the aweful food. Thought I’d play it safe and order the burger. It was bland and tasteless, bacon was present but the cheese had been cooked into submission and was barely visible. My friends steak was overcooked, thin and not worth the 13 price tag. All in all, wouldn’t bother dining here in future. Need to up their game.

  Disappointing. Booked through 5pm.com – starter and main from set menu for 15, which included a ticket to Jongleurs (in the basement).From a price perspective, deal was good. But food was average at best – chicken goujon starters you can’t really go wrong with, and the burger main was very, very dry.Service was pretty poor – not very attentive, and it wasn’t particularly busy. We were the only ones there, until half way through mains.
