The restaurant is the training restaurant for students studying Cookery, Hospitality and Events at the college. It offers a contemporary, relaxed dining experience.The menu changes regularly and reflects local Scottish produce, cooked well with thoughtful presentation. The students and staff have won many accolades both in the UK and abroad for the skills they are developing. Well worth a visit!
