Funny. I wandered in here on a Thursday night not knowing it was a gay/straight friendly bar after the B/F noticed that we could get a pint and a curry for 4.00. It’s was small portions but more than adequate as long as your not starving and looking for the full Monty. The guy running the bar was big Wullie who turned out to be the manager he was full of good old fashioned banter and very polite. He made a fuss of the customers served up our drinks and food with a warm hearty smile and really went out his way to make us welcome. While waiting we had a look at the menu and the food on it was all reasonably priced including the Sunday roast that they do. During the meal we where further entertained by the entrance of one of the regulars and I kid you not. He entered wearing a pair if short high heeled ankle but with a pairs of pins any female would love to have, a leopard skin mini skirt black blouse with long dangling earrings and a set of pearls that was massive. Bearing the above in mind he also had good old fashioned side burn no wig no make up and a guys suite jacket on. A very nice entertaining guy I might add before long he was strutting his stuff singling to the music dancing etc etc. be inquisitive I ask what the story was and was informed that he was a tranny in training and before long he would have the full bug realia. For the life of me I can remember his name but it was well the 8 for the two of us and the curry was good also. I will be back in a few weeks to enjoy more food and to see how the tranny in training is getting on, I really felt I should have helped him with his missing parts. We where also informed he had made his way through town dressed like he was, amazing
