Simply brilliant. After going in and not having a breakfast we decided it was time to put that right. My wife opted for the fish pie, salad potatoes and roast veg, all of which she enjoyed. I went for the breakfast. It was perfect. Cooked to perfection, each ingredient beautiful. The black pudding was tasty, the sausage beautiful and the hash brown the best I’ve tasted. Great value too. Nice place, really helpful staff and great food. My only criticism is that I would love to have this place available at the weekend when we are in Glasgow. It would get our custom every time.
Me and my wife went in on an afternoon mostly due to Tam Cowans review. Impressed. Nice staff, nice enough decor but the food shone. Excellent quality, excellent value. Just a pity that this place doesn’t open at the weekend. Will definitely be back.
