We were staying in the hotel and opted to dine in their restaurant on the first evening of our stay. The food was very well presented and being a larger party it is often the case that someone is forgotten or the food is tepid, however this was not the case here – everyone was served at the same time and with the same professionalism as if we were at a table for 2. A variety of starters and main courses were ordered, including steak, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The monkfish and prawn curry was particularly good! The wine list was also interesting and extensive and the wine was served efficiently with no-one having an empty glass at any time. I like the way that they have divided the restaurant so that it doesn’t feel like a big room and no table is right next to the other so there is an element of privacy. I certainly recommend this restaurant to both hotel residents and non-residents. The bar area is very nice too!
