It was a quiet lunch and our food was delicious. The menu is standard bar fare with plenty of choice all at a reasonable price. The staff were pleasant, helpful and service was quite quick.
Rooms were sweet, en suite, good for small families. We enjoyed the full Scottish breakfast as well as a delicious dinner.

This was our favorite of 3 places we stayed in the area – great location and value. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. We had a nice view from our 3rd floor twin room. Comfortable and quiet at night. Really lovely beer garden.
Good food hotel but a bit pricey on the drinks , beside the local library , also not much parking ..
Popped in for a meal with my friend. Had the chilli and it was so good. One of the best I have enjoyed. Great service and they really don’t rush you out. Definitely one to go back to.
This place used to be so busy but lately it’s quiet. The food has really went down hill. A lot of people I know say they don’t go there anymore.
