Another Heritage Portfolio cafe, with a menu almost identical to the Portrait Gallery cafe, Cafe 1505 has the advantage of longer opening hours and being slightly quieter. That might change, however, once the new museum opens. The service is great (SUCH friendly staff), food selection is great and the scones are some of the best in Edinburgh. A welcome addition to that part of town
