One of the MOST incredible restaurants I have been to. I always like trying out new places but I always end up going to Stac Polly when I’m in Edinburgh. Spectacular restaurant that’s very special to me as I had my first drink with my parents there and I absolutely adore the food. Service is excellent and the presentation is immaculate. I always order fish and make sure I keep some space for their incredible deserts. They should definitely open another one in London. I’m a fan!
