Really disappointed! I brought family here with the kids that were visiting from South Africa as I thought it would be a fun place to have lunch. Needless to say, that was not the case.The restaurant is nice looking and interesting and draws a crowd in, but that’s where it ends. The original horror pub. The Frankenstein ‘show’ is really boring and doesn’t add to anything really. Nothing horror about it all,except for the food.The service was terrible. Our waitress didn’t really know anything about the menu, specially when asking for a kids menu. She just rambled off saying that they have what any other kids menu has. But when asked for something specific, was told that they didn’t have it.We ordered 2 burgers, 2 mac and cheese for the children, the nachos to share ( which is only enough for 1 small human) and the taco. 1 measly dry taco. The food took an hour and a half to get to us.Everything tasted like it was out of a tin and not freshly made. Why only serve 1 taco? No seasoning, no sauce and definitely not how it’s described on the menu. So disappointing. The nachos were just as bad.Needless to say we will not be going back, and won’t take anyone else there either. Beautiful 9n the outside,but no depth to it. Sad 🙁
