Not the most authentic. Wouldn’t say this is the most authentic place around. Did notice the people around us eating lots of chips and stuff so compared to the likes of Mother India, Balbirs of even Ashoka, this little place has a takeaway feel to it even when you are sitting in. Curries we had weren’t anything to write home about I’m afraid.

Average at best. Probably being kind with average tbh, but food was just meat and sauce with a good helping of fat/grease floating on top. Staff a bit ill-mannered as well. While not expensive it isn’t exactly cheap. The poor quality and overly greasey food I think was to blame for a dodgy stomach later on.
We ate here tonight. Was put off enjoying food as waiter stood right by our table. Felt like he watched every mouthful. Staff are friendly and attentive that aside. Food – wouldnt say was authentic. Sauce had artificial ketchupy taste and was disappointing. Think ok place if you want cheap and filling grub and not bothered about flavour and authenticity.
Always a safe bet-cheap, good Indian food, fast, polite service and a good selection on menu
